Our Story
Our reputation has been built over 30 years in the servicing, maintenance and installation of beer and beverage systems across New Zealand and the South Pacific.
Ownership has always been private with a strong service and personal approach to customer service. Gary and Ann Paterson set up ICS in 1991. Gary’s experience as a Brewer and Head of Technical Services at Dominion Breweries enabled him to design and build breweries, beer and postmix systems of any size.
Over the past 10 years Waikato and Wellington regions have joined the team along with a nationwide contracting team.
In 2015 Brendan Smith purchased the business. Brendan’s 10 years Sales Director experience for Independent Liquor in both Australia and New Zealand means he fully understands the beer business.

All our vehicles are equipped with all types of dispense equipment enabling our technicians to rectify many dispense problems in any given situation, on site, immediatly.
Our team spans the whole country. Our Technicians have worked on the beverage systems at Stadium Australia, Chelsea Football Club, Buckingham Palace, Sky Stadium and Pacific Island Breweries. We have Pepsi International Qualified Technicians who will install and maintain your Post-Mix System to International Standards.

Nationwide Technical Network
ICS use industry contractor partners for specialist technical support in areas of hospitality fit out projects not covered by ICS in house technicians i.e. refrigeration, building, stainless fabrication and electrical. We ensure that any contractor partners involved in joint beverage installation projects adhere to the ICS same equipment and performance standards.
